Return/Refund Policy for Re-Magined Home Decor:

At Re-Magined Home Decor, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible shopping experience. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of you receive your item (based on shipment tracking); you must let us know within 15 days of receiving your item that you are not satisfied and plan to return it. 

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Some goods, such as perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases, are exempt from being returned. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are not eligible for return.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@re-magined.com. We will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning your item. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will conduct an inspection to ensure that it meets the return criteria. If the item is eligible for a return, we will process a refund to the original method of payment within a specified timeframe. If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank and credit card company, as there may be a processing time before it is posted. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please send us an email at info@re-magined.com and we will provide you with further instructions.

Gifts: If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
